  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the hygiene sticker & labels.
  2. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return and must provide evidence of the damage.

  4. Shipping: Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and we will provide you with store credit within 10 days.
  6. Return Cost: Please note that a return cost of $9.99 will be deducted from your overall refund amount.
